Una (MTI Level 4) is a Massage therapist. She trained at Quantum Metta School of Massage and qualified in 2023.
She is passionate about supporting you to better connect with and understand your body through massage.
Una cares deeply about sharing the restorative effects of massage to relieve pain and the physiological impacts of stress.
She has a special interest in massage for stress relief and working with you to strengthen your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
In particular, Una is interested in the biopsychosocial model of health and this informs her approach to massage.
Una does not treat under 18s.
