Preparing for a massage is simple and easy. There are a few things we recommend, which will help you have the best experience.
- Pack a large clean towel. Your therapist will drape the towel over you during the treatment to keep you warm and cosy. Only the area being treated will be uncovered.
- Wear easy to remove shoes and clothes.
Most massages will require you to undress to your underwear. The less time spent changing, the more time with your therapist! - Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This will give you time to relax, use the toilet and fill in any forms before your massage.
- Hydrate and fuel.
Have a light meal or snack and sip water before your massage.
What should you not do before a massage?
Please do not drink alcohol or take drugs before your appointment. We will be unable to see you or offer refunds if you arrive under the influence.
