Gaia Domenici (PhD in Philosophy, University of Pisa, NHC cert., Well College Global, L4 S&C Coach award, Strength and Conditioning Education, L3 PT diploma, Lifetime Training) is a Certified and Recognised Nutrition and Health Coach, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Gaia has extensive experience in supporting clients in: weight management and body recomposition, wholefood/unprocessed eating, optimising digestion, women’s hormone health and hormone balancing.
She trained at Well College Global and qualified as a Nutrition and Health Coach in 2019, then specialised in The Fundamental of Menstrual Cycle and Awareness at the Institute of Health Sciences in 2022. She is member of the UK and International Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA) and the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
Gaia is passionate about three things: philosophy, nutrition and fitness.
She believes that we can discover and actualise ourselves through physical activity and proper nutrition, and that physical fitness, mental clarity and spiritual wellbeing are strongly interconnected. She provides clients with
personalised meal-planning strategies and training programmes, to help them become the fittest, strongest, and happiest versions of themselves.
Gaia uses her health coaching skills to help clients set realistic health goals, and implement behaviour-change strategies to achieve such goals.
Gaia is aware that most weight management plans fail because there is no one size fits all rule, when it comes to nutrition and training. For this reason, she helps clients find effective nutrition and training interventions that fit their unique lifestyle and preferences, making such interventions: fun,
sustainable, and successful in the long term.
In 2022, Gaia decided to take her Health Coaching skills to the next levels, and certified in Menstrual Cycle Health and Awareness. Enriched with her 15-year long, personal experience of hormone imbalances, she is now fully qualified to support women on their journey towards hormone balancing. In particular, Gaia can provide holistic support with exercise, nutrition, work
schedule, essential oils and relaxation techniques, to help women reconnect with their cycle and thrive all month long.
