Mal started her journey into massage in 2014. Since then she has continued with her Personal Professional Development. She trained at Handz on Training, London School of Massage, Gateway Workshops, School of Massage “Karuna” in Poland and recently with Tatina Semprini.

Mal decided to become a massage therapist to help people to improve their lives and wellbeing. She has a special interest in deep tissue massage and advanced massage techniques.

At the beginning of your treatment, she will gather as much information from you and complete a Full Consultation. This will allow her to tailor the treatment to your specific needs. Throughout the treatment, she will check that the pressure of the massage is to your satisfaction, or whether you require more or less.

Communication between her and you is essential so that you can achieve the very best from the treatment.

She is registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
