If you are insured you are expected to settle the bill for each visit yourself. You will be given a receipt so that you can reclaim the fee from your insurance company.

You may like to confirm which treatments are covered, how much you are able to spend, the required qualifications or registration of the therapist, which details are needed on your receipt and how to claim for reimbursement.

Are you HCPC registered?
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) regulates a variety of health and social work professions. It maintains a register of therapists but does not regulate clinics. So Ashlins Natural Health is not HCPC registered. Our Podiatrists,Tim and Kibri, are both HCPC registered.
How can I check a therapist’s qualifications?
We have included therapist’s qualifications and registration details on their profile pages. On our menu navigate to ‘Therapists’ then click on the relevant person’s name. Their profile page will then load and should contain details of their qualifications. Alternatively you can phone us on 020 8520 5268.
Are your Osteopaths registered with General Osteopathic Council (GOsC)?
Yes, Sarah and Dermott are both registered with GOsC as required by law. You can check their details on the GOsC website.
Are your Chiropractors registered with General Chiropractic Council (GCC)?

Can you change the name/date/therapy/cost shown on my receipt?
Our receipts show the name of the person receiving the treatment, the therapist, the therapy provided, the price paid, and the date of the appointment. We are able to add further detail where necessary. Please do not request receipts containing false information as refusal may lead to embarrassment.
Which insurance companies do you work with?
We do not work directly with health insurers. You are expected to settle your bill at each visit. We will provide a receipt so you can reclaim the fee from your insurer.
If you have a health care cash plan from an insurer such as Simply Health, UK healthcare, Westfield health, BUPA, Benenden or HealthShield you may be covered for some of our therapies. Please confirm with your insurer.
