Focusing: a way of connecting to the wisdom in your body

The body holds onto unprocessed emotions, but it also holds the whole of any situation. Focusing enables you to re-connect to the wisdom in your body and enables the stuck energy to be released.

Focusing is done fully clothed, either sitting up or lying down. You will learn it over a number of sessions. Once you’ve grasped the basic principles, it is something you can do on your own, or with a Focusing partner. A course of six sessions is recommended.
