Pauline, BA Hons Counselling Studies, is a professionally qualified Counsellor. She trained with The Open University and qualified in 2014 with a First Class Honours degree in Integrative Therapy.

Pauline is passionate about counselling and how the process of being truly listened to can be a potent force for change, enabling a person to think more clearly and gain more meaning in their experience.

Pauline works with a variety of presentations but has a particular interest in supporting clients with self-esteem/lack of confidence impacted by infidelity. She has also worked extensively with complex bereavement.

Pauline is registered with British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and therefore adheres to their professional code of conduct.
