Teresa has been working as a therapist since 2004 and brings over 20 years of experience in complementary therapies, massage, and holistic wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people reduce pain, improve mobility, manage stress, and enhance their overall quality of life. Teresa believes that every client deserves personalised care and takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, creating treatment plans that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Teresa has a special interest in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, Bowen Therapy, natural facial rejuvenation massage, stress management, musculoskeletal pain, and supporting clients through recovery, healthy ageing, and improved mobility.

Teresa graduated from the School of Natural Therapies in Australia in 2004 and completed her Bowen Therapy Certificate in 2005. She has also completed training in Mars and Venus Communication and Silva Mind Control (1999), reflecting her long-standing interest in personal development and holistic health.

After relocating to the United Kingdom, Teresa further expanded her qualifications, earning a Level 3 Diploma in Massage, Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage, and Natural Lift Facial Massage/Rejuvenation in 2019. She has also completed professional training in the Safe Administration of Medicines, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Supporting People with Diabetes Mellitus, and Spinal Injury.

Throughout her career, Teresa has worked in a variety of healthcare and wellbeing settings, including private practice, retirement communities, medical clinics, and multidisciplinary healthcare environments in Australia, Poland, and the United Kingdom. Her professional experience includes providing massage and Bowen Therapy at Positive Life Store, Aveo Cleveland Gardens Retirement Village, and a medical and dental clinic in Queensland, Australia, as well as working as a Paramedical Assistant in Poland.

Before beginning her therapeutic career, Teresa gained valuable experience in customer service within the insurance sector in Poland and worked in the Australian Defence Industry before dedicating herself to healthcare.

Teresa speaks both English and Polish and enjoys reading, travelling, yoga, keeping active through sport, and dancing. She is committed to ongoing professional development and providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps her clients feel their best.
