Doreen brings a thoughtful, intuitive approach to bodywork, having earned her Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage from the Quantum Metta School of Massage in 2017. She is fully registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT membership number 201378)

Doreen’s interest in massage began with her own experience of its benefits, inspiring her to share those positive effects with others. She views the body as a unique map, where targeted, gentle manipulation can free up areas of tension and ease persistent stiffness that many of us carry without realising.
