For 7 days last month we asked every client to complete a short survey on our performance. We are happy to say that the results are in and we did even better than expected!
Everyone surveyed rated our reception team as good or excellent in all areas (Welcoming, Polite & Efficient).
Our therapists did equally well, earning good or excellent ratings for their welcoming attitude, time keeping, treatment and after care advice.
