Here at Ashlins Natural Health we are very excited to be hosting an exhibition on the E17 Art Trail.

 

The art trail takes place across Walthamstow from 30th May -14th June 2015.  Now in its 11th year,the art trail features 250 events in local businesses, public spaces and even people’s homes.  The theme this year is ‘Storytelling’.

What is Health, Ashlins, 181 Hoe Street

Our event is titled ‘What is Health?’ and features portraits of local people by photographer Kirsti Abernethy.  The exhibition aims to provoke thought and discussion about what health means on an individual and community level.  How can we work together to create a healthier society?

The work will be displayed in our shop front on Hoe Street, meaning it is viewable at any time of the day or night.

Square Circles, 42 Pasquier Road

Our Acupuncturist Sally Lancaster is also hosting an art trail event.  ‘Square Circles’ will feature a slide show by Sally Lancaster shows her square foot allotment garden through the seasons, with a talk: ‘We Are The Seasons. Plus Choice Ceramics from Sassirika, quality cakes at our Pavement Cafe and a surprise installation by Ambaranta.

Pop in to see them at 42 Pasquier Road on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st May.
