Are you off for half term? Take advantage of having extra time on your hands with our half term health challenges.

Monday- Eat 5 pieces of fruit and veg.
Tuesday – Spend 5 minutes enjoying a relaxation technique.
Wednesday- Go for a 30 minute walk (wrap up warm!) and jump in some leaves.
Thursday- Make some tasty vegetable soup. Use up some veg from your fridge, and freeze any left overs for another time.
Friday- Try a short yoga video. This is one of our favourites: Yoga with Adriene (YouTube)
