Odette (LicAc) is an Acupuncturist and a practitioner of various forms of bodywork, therapeutic massage and Qigong.
She is registered with The British Acupuncture Council, and graduated from The London School of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is renowned for her integrative approach of various disciplines as part of a holistic healthcare.
She combines traditional Chinese Medicine techniques such as Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Auricular Acupuncture, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Cupping and Guasha with specific types of massage and lifestyle advice. Treatments with Odette often incorporate Tuina or deep tissue massage and muscle and tendon stretching techniques; tailored to the individual needs for improved results. They are enhanced by the therapeutic properties of organic essential oils that restore harmony, facilitate self-healing, improve energy levels and relieve stress.
Her passion for ancient Chinese philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine came thanks to her interest of Chinese martial arts and Qigong, which she has been practicing for the last 15 years. Since then she has been deeply inspired by the Taoist understanding of health, nature, life and death. But most of all, Odette loves what she does, she is very passionate about Chinese Medicine and so proud to be able to provide her patients with an effective treatment that addresses the underlying causes of the manifesting symptoms in order to bring the whole body back to balance and regain health without the use of synthetic drugs.

Odette successfully treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, particularly sciatic pain, neck, shoulder and back pain.
She has a special interest in fertility and gynecological conditions. She aims to improve fertility and women’s health by treating the whole person (body, mind and emotions) to restore their optimal health. She often helps women who want support with IVF and other assisted fertility procedures.
She also treats those with stress related conditions.

I cannot rate Odette highly enough. She literally saved my life. I was in severe pain with shoulder bursitis, frozen shoulder and tear in a tendon. NHS could not treat me because of Covid-19. I cried at my first few treatments, relieved I was finally getting help. Odette treated me with acupuncture, cupping and massage. She also advised on nutrition. I have been seeing Odette regularly since undergoing IVF and I have found each session to be so beneficial. It alleviated the side effects from the medicines I had to take for the IVF, and also I found her knowledge of wider Chinese medicine (for diet/lifestyle advice) really helpful throughout.
I fell pregnant on the first round of treatment and having taken over four years to do so I feel this is in large part thanks to the support of the acupuncture sessions I had with Odette. Her empathy and understanding is a key part of why each session is enjoyable and relaxing.
