Dara (ITEC Level 5) is a professionally qualified therapist. She trained at Quantum Metta, Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine and Richdales Institute in London, and qualified in 2016/2017.
Dara is passionate about helping people and finding out how combination of different techniques can be beneficial to them. Understanding and showing that every single movement is important, every single training routine does have effect on the body and finding the most sufficient way of doing it, to be useful and to do well.
Dara has a special interest in combining the techniques that are helpful in stress and pain relief, helping the individual to educate them and prevent any sports injuries from happening.
