Learn simple, safe and effective acupressure techniques to reduce pain during childbirth.

Pain relief in Labour Workshop

Experienced Acupuncturist Sally Lancaster will talk you and your birthing partner through all the simple steps, leaving you confident to use them when the big day arrives!

Acupressure is based on the same principles as acupuncture but uses fingers and thumbs rather than needles.   These techniques can be safely used alongside orthodox care to promote a natural and efficient labour with minimal pain.
