Last week I explained how to set up your desk for comfortable computer work. Good posture on its own is not enough though – you need to move and stretch too!

I really like this office stretching routine.

Print it out and run through it a couple of times a day; it only takes a few minutes and you’ll feel much better. If you are really short on time just do a few of the stretches. Anything is better than nothing!
