Human Givens (Trainee)
Jim (HG.Dip.P.Trainee, BA Hons, ETSI, GHGI) is a Graduate member of the Human Givens Institute having gained the Human Givens Diploma with distinction in 2015.
Jim has over 30 years’ experience as a trainer, coach, manager and teacher in settings ranging from language schools and a major British environmental charity, to the care and support branch of one of the UK’s most successful housing associations. He is now transferring his skills and experience to his developing work as a Human Givens Psychotherapist as he works toward full registration with the Human Givens Institute.
Jim is practised at helping people find the resources they need to gain emotional balance, relief from distress and practical solutions to difficulties. He can help with depression, panic attacks, phobias, post-traumatic stress, addiction (all kinds), anxiety, diminished self- confidence, self-harming, eating disorders, poor concentration, sleep disorders and more.
