Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, phone or call into the clinic and one of our reception team will
make an appointment for you.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
If you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment is due to start
you will be able to relax and prepare for your treatment so that
you get the most benefit from it. There may also be some administration
to carry out, filling in forms etc.
What if I arrive late from my appointment?
Unfortunately the length of your appointment will be reduced so
that the next appointment is not delayed and no discount can be
given.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Ashlins has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you can cancel your
appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50%
of the treatment cost.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes, according to availability.
What do I need to wear?
Varies according to the treatment. Please check with reception when
booking your appointment.
Can I buy Gift Vouchers?
Yes starting from £5, our vouchers are valid for use for six
months from date of purchase.
Can I have treatment whilst I am pregnant?
In some cases, you will need to check at booking stage, remember
to tell reception how many weeks pregnant you are
Can Children be treated?
Yes, children are very welcome at the clinic

This will depend on your particular case, and should be confirmed
by your Therapist
