Tension Headaches

Tension headaches are very common and have a variety of causes.

They may be caused by tight muscles in your neck, shoulders and head.  They can be related to stress, poor posture, dehydration, diet, eye strain and teeth grinding.

It’s important to identify the likely causes of your headache and then treat them appropriately.

We recommend that you speak to your GP if you are suffering with headaches as it is important to rule out more serious health problems.

Testimonials

At the moment I am seeing Sarah, the osteopath: I have started feeling better after the first appointment and I have already booked a second one!
I'm very happy with the treatment: Sarah explains in detail what she is going to do during the session, and gives you advice about stretches that you can do in between sessions to improve the condition.
She already treated me very effectively two years ago: I definitely recommend her!
